If so, the Member Contact Specialist role in the Member Contact Center may be a great fit for you!
This position will be based out of the Member Contact Center in either La Crosse, WI OR at Altra’s Operations Center in Onalaska, WI.
As a Member Contact Specialist at Altra, you will be responsible for efficiently handling telephone inquiries from current and potential members regarding products, services, transactions, and other information. Member Contact Specialists act as the virtual branch for many of our members locally and nationally, responding to inbound telephone, email, website, and live chat inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service and sales, specifically in a Call Center/Contact Center, is preferred.
Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on a rotating schedule Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
