Member Contact Specialists act as the virtual branch for many of our members locally and nationally. Driven by knowledge, efficiency, and high-value interactions, together we create a positive experience by embracing a “member-first” mindset.
Candidates should possess excellent written and telephone communication skills to build rapport by responding to inbound telephone, email, website, and live chat inquiries. Multi-tasking using multiple computer programs is a must, while matching Altra’s full range of financial products & services to meet our member’s needs. Financial, call center, and customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required of our candidates as we will provide a supportive learning environment. Bilingual ability (Spanish or Hmong) is a plus!
Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on a rotating schedule Monday through Friday and one to two Saturdays per quarter from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.
