Position Summary Maple Valley Cooperative is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Associate to support our growing operations. This role will respond to customer inquiries, coordinate shipping logistics for both retail and wholesale orders, and assist with administrative tasks to facilitate seamless order fulfillment. This position will also file time sensitive shipping damage claims. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in customer service and logistics, as well as proficiency in managing shipping platforms and related systems.
